By accessing this website or opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or opt into our messaging program. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our SMS messaging program includes two types of messages. Transactional messages cover appointment confirmations, service reminders, and communications about your roofing service inquiry. Marketing messages — sent only with separate marketing consent — cover special offers, discounts, and service updates. Both types are sent from (706) 671-0740.

When you provide your phone number, you may opt into our messaging program using two separate checkboxes. The transactional consent checkbox covers appointment and service-related messages. The marketing consent checkbox covers promotional offers. Both checkboxes are optional and not checked by default, and providing your phone number is itself optional. You may opt in to one or both, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited messages, to interfere with the program's operation, or to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access. We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation.

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
